We provide sewer and drain cleaning as well as sewer inspections for all commercial, industrial and residential buildings. Call our office and ask about the 2 year guarantee on power rodding of residential drains.
Power Rodding
Power rodding is one of the ways we clear blockages in kitchen sinks, bathroom sinks, bathtubs, laundry tubs, floor drains and main sewers. We offer our rodding services for all residential, industrial and commercial buildings.
For residential drain cleaning we offer a 2 year warranty on all power roddings of main sewers, kitchen sinks, bathtubs, bathroom sinks, and laundry tubs. For more information about our 2 year warranty, call our office.
Hydro Jetting
Hydro jetting is another form of drain cleaning. It uses high pressure water to scour the pipes clean. This is a very effective way to clean pipes that have lots of grease and soft blockages. The lines that can be hydro jetted are kitchen sinks, laundry tub lines, sink lines, floor drains, building drains, and building sewers.
Due to how the cold weather in our area can damage the jetters, we do not keep them equipped on the service trucks. If you have a drain or sewer line you want hydro jetted, call our office and schedule an appointment and be sure to inform the office you want a jetter on the job. Once the call is placed a plumber will call to verify the line you want hydro jetted and determine if it is a good candidate for hydro jetting.
Televising Sewers
Many times sewers seem to clog up more often than normal. In these cases we like to run a sewer camera down the drain to investigate the cause. Also many times a contractor will suggest digging or replacing a sewer. We suggest having the line televised first to verify if the condition of the sewer line.
Our camera system can televise 3" to 6" diameter sewers and be recorded to a USB drive on the job site. If you prefer a DVD, the plumber will have to burn the DVD at our office and we can mail the DVD to you.
Call our office to schedule a time to televise your sewer. Just remember a camera cannot see in a blocked sewer. So the line needs to be power rodded first to get the water flowing before we can televise the line.
